August 2016: Emma Harper MSP visits Minnygap

On Thursday 18 July we had the great pleasure of welcoming local MSP Emma Harper to Minnygap Wind Farm. Emma was given a tour of the construction site by our team pictured below and was on-site to witness the first turbine blade arriving at the wind farm.

When complete Minnygap will produce enough clean, green electricity for around 16,000 homes and provide a community benefits package of £125,000 per year (index linked) or £3.12 million throughout the operational life of the project.
