First Turbine Components Arrive at Minnygap

The first turbine components for Minnygap Wind Farm arrived at site last week after 10 months of construction work to ensure their safe delivery. Most of the turbine deliveries set off from Glasgow at midnight and arrived on-site at around 6.00am, thus limiting any potential traffic disruption. Further turbine components will continue to arrive over the coming weeks, before the turbines themselves start to be erected later next month.
