Turbine foundations continue to take shape at Minnygap - 23 May 2016

This week at Minnygap the team have been continuing to excavate and prepare the turbine foundations ahead of the planned concrete pours early next month.

The concrete pours are due to begin on 08 June and we expect to complete two foundations per week, if the weather permits, for a period of five weeks.

The concrete deliveries will travel north from Lockerbie and exit the M74 at Junction 15 (Beattock). The deliveries will then continue on the A701 towards Dumfries before entering the site at the designated access point approximately 5km south of Beattock.
